The main bedroom (parents retreat) features a large ensuite including a deep bath and separate large shower, a large walk-in wardrobe, and a king-size heavy timber sleigh bed with designer Manchester, carpet, separate a/c, and a smart TV with Netflix, Prime, YouTube, and Fox. The second bedroom has 2 King single beds (joinable to superking), Sep A/C, carpet, wardrobe, and wall-mount Smart TV with Netflix/Prime/YouTube (not in this room) and a study/relax nook.

The well-appointed kitchen provides for cooking for those homecooked meals, or you can wander down the road to the exciting bars and classy restaurants in Kirra or even more variety a short drive or walk to Coolangatta (its only 1.5km), to big clubs, more entertainment, music festivals, weekend (2nd Sunday of month) and (summer) night markets, restaurants, and shopping centers. There is a separate laundry room with a large washing machine and dryer and a stainless steel basin.

The shoreline walking path is an attraction in itself. You can walk to the Tweed river past Cooly, Greenmount, Rainbow Bay, and D'Bar to the south and north to Bilinga, Tugun, and Currumbin Alley. Photo opportunities everywhere. Say hello to the local water dragon lizards, bush turkeys, sea eagles, dolphins, and in winter the migrating whales.
Across the road is the Kirra parkrun start/end. 7am Saturdays 5k, Dead flat, perfect for that PB. Add K to your 5k

Please note this is booked privately and not a hotel (reception) booking. The owner is close by and can and will assist as necessary. It's also a residential complex so quiet time 10pm to 7pm please. Definitely no smoking, smell removal damage and next guest relocation if necessary is at booking guest cost as with any other damage. Visitor parking is drop-off pickup only.
