The main bedroom has a queen bed, with built in robes and ceiling fans, as well as access to the side balcony. The second & third bedrooms also have ceiling fans and each have two single beds. The second bedroom also has its own access to the side balcony. The bathroom is combined with the laundry that includes a washing machine & dryer. The living/dining area have spectacular views of the beach, and features a small balcony to relax and watch the waves. There is a TV and an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge & microwave, as well as useful kitchen utensils.



This property is located in the heart of Broadbeach and is a quick walk from the shops, parks, cafe's, the Kurrawa surf club, and all the restaurants that Broadbeach has to offer.



There are patrolled beaches across the road and a great walking track for a stroll along the park & beach.



Undercover parking for 2 cars, however, they are in a tandem configuration.
