The lower level offers a spacious open plan living, dining and entertaining area, saturated with natural light from the oversized stacker doors which flow seamlessly to an alfresco entertaining deck overlooking a private pool.

The gourmet stone kitchen is equipped with European stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and coffee pod machine, large butler’s pantry, and island dining bar with plenty of space to cook and entertain.

The comfortably furnished lounge room features reverse cycle air-conditioning and a huge 75-inch TV with Netflix, perfect for relaxing after a big day at the beach.

The alfresco area overlooking the pool is the perfect spot to entertain with gas barbecue, dining setting, pretty festive lights and surrounded by lush, tropical gardens.

The lower level also offers a media room with smart TV and bathroom with walk in shower and toilet.

The upper level offers 5 bedrooms – one king bed, two with queen beds with private balcony and one with 2 XL singles.

The beautifully presented master retreat offers a luxurious king bed, smart TV, dressing room, spacious ensuite with walk in shower and double vanity, and private deck where you can enjoy the sun setting over the Gold Coast hinterland ranges.

There is also a second rumpus room and study area and 2 bathrooms – one with a large soaking tub, shower and separate toilet, and one with shower and toilet.

Kirra Bliss features ducted air-conditioning upstairs and in the media room downstairs. Stairs on all levels.

Please note that the garage is unavailable, however there are 2 off street driveway parking spots available.

* Kirra Bliss is a family home located in a quiet neighbourhood and suitable for family stays (not groups) It is not a party house and activities including bucks nights, hens nights, raves, wedding receptions or similar parties are strictly prohibited *

* In accordance with Gold Coast City Council and Holiday Rental Industry Guidelines, disturbance to the neighbours, including excessive noise and anti-social behaviour is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of all monies paid *

Linen
All linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival.

Keys
Access is via keypad at the property. Further information will be provided closer to arrival.
