This is the only 3 bedroom 2 level apartment with 2 guest secured parking spots, rooftop terrace & private spa available for holiday rental in the very popular family resort - The Bay Apartments. There is NO ELEVATOR, it is a 3 level stair walk up. But do not let that phase you, I promise you will be delighted with what you will find.
A light, bright, and renovated 2 level large apartment, stylishly decorated. Ocean views of Rainbow Bay Beach (sand and all - in fact you can watch surfers cruise past from the rooftop terrace) and sweeping views across the ocean through to Surfers Paradise skyline.
The Apartment comprises of 3 seperate bedrooms - all fresh luxury linen is provided, including bath and beach towels. Also shampoo, conditioner & body wash is supplied to both bathrooms.

The Master Bedroom & Ensuite are uniquely large and occupy most of the top level - sharing with the rooftop terrace! The room has a lovely Queen bed and a built in office area with comfy seat and footstool from where to watch a movie on the flat screen TV. The ensuite has a double vanity and luxurious double shower with twin shower heads. There is a split system reverse cycle airconditioner/heater in both the master suite and lounge room for termperature comfort. There is a double bed in bedroom 2 and twin single beds in bedroom 3. Lamps are in all bedrooms - Walk in robe in the master and built in robes in the other rooms.

The Kitchen is modern, fully equipped and stocked with all of the cutlery, glassware, crockery, cookware and utensils necessary for a family holiday stay.
If you choose not to grab a coffee at the local, a Nespresso coffee machine & pods are supplied.
However if cooking on holiday is not your preference, there are endless choices for dining out, be it casual or upmarket restaurants - all within walking distance to The Bay Apartments.

The lounge area is large with a comfortable cushioned suite and a flat screen TV for your family's entertainment and a dining table to comfortably sit 6 people.

A double tandem secure carpark is supplied with the apartment. Located through the security gate under the building.


There is a communal lagoon style pool and hot tub surrounded by palm trees and daybeds available for guests use. As is a fully equipped BBQ and shaded eating areas with chairs and tables for those lazy days in the sun around the pool.
