Guests will have access to the main areas of the home, with a few important notes:
Downstairs: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a sitting and dining area. Please note that 2 of the downstairs bedrooms are locked for the ownerâs use, leaving 2 bedrooms available for guests. (No TV downstairs.)
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one with a private ensuite, all available for guest use.
In total, guests have access to 5 bedrooms.
Parking Guidelines
To ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain good relationships with neighbors:
1. The garage is not available for guest use (ownerâs private space).
2. Parking is limited to the driveway only.
3. A maximum of 2 cars per booking is allowed (please advise in advance how many vehicles you will have).
Parking is not permitted:
1. On the grass
2. In the empty lot next to the house
3. Blocking any neighboring driveways
Please follow these guidelines strictly, as the property is closely monitored due to previous council complaints regarding parking.
Quick Pre-Check-In (Easy & Secure)
Because this is a self-check-in home with no on-site staff, we use a simple pre-check-in process to keep everything running smoothly for our guests and the property.
After your booking is confirmed, weâll send you a short pre-check-in form that takes just a couple of minutes to complete. It includes:
Photo ID verification (standard for many short-stay homes)
$300 refundable security deposit, fully returned within 3 days of checkout, provided the home is left in a reasonable condition.
This process helps us ensure a safe, well-maintained space for everyone â and allows us to offer a seamless, contact-free check-in experience.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am.
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be submitted at least one day in advance and are subject to availability. Unfortunately, same-day requests canât be accommodated.
If the home happens to be ready earlier on the day, weâll always let you know â otherwise, we appreciate your understanding as our cleaning team needs adequate time to prepare the space for a comfortable stay.
Pet-Friendly (By Request)
Weâre happy to welcome your furry friendsâjust send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
A $200 pet fee per pet, per stay applies and will be collected separately following booking confirmation. All pet fees and other service charges are processed directly by us through a third-party payment gateway.
Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture (unless covered), and not left alone at all times.
To help keep the space enjoyable for everyone, please ensure all pet mess is cleaned up inside and outside the home, including the yard. Extra cleaning fees may apply if this isnât taken care of
For arrivals after 10:00 PM, weâre happy to help arrange a late check-in. This can be done with either a $35 lockbox setup or a $55 key delivery service, depending on availability at the time. Just let us know in advance so we can organise the best option for you.
Starter Supplies
We provide a starter supply of essential items to help you settle in at the beginning of your stay.
This includes basics such as toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and cleaning essentials. These supplies are intended to get you started and may not last for the full duration of longer stays, so guests are encouraged to top up as needed.
