We had a wonderful stay at this rental! Our group included three adults, two children, and a toddler, and the space worked perfectly for all of us. Check in and check out were both seamless, and Tray was fantastic with communication, quick to respond and very helpful, which we really appreciated.The first thing we noticed was the open layout. When booking, finding a one level space for our toddler was important, and this home was ideal, spacious and as child friendly as you could hope for. The location offered great privacy while still being about 30 minutes from Eureka Springs, and the views were beautiful.There were so many great outdoor amenities, a fire pit, grill, swing, and a large porch. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy them much due to cold, wintry weather, but we would love to take advantage of them next time.This rental is especially great for families with young kids. The toys were a huge hit with our 1.5 year old and 5 year old, and the bunk beds were a favorite for the boys. We also appreciated thoughtful extras like a hair dryer, pack and play, extra blankets, and a gaming console.The bathrooms were spacious, and having a bathtub made things so much easier for our toddler. The bedrooms were comfortable and just the right size, and we loved the darker rooms, perfect for sleeping in and nap time.
