Facilities:

• Parking: Complimentary parking is available on-site for guests.
• Pool: The heated swimming pool is available for guest use. 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pool hours may vary seasonally. No lifeguard is on duty. All glass and breakable items are forbidden in the pool area. Please observe safety signs. Children (12 years and younger) must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Important Notes:

• Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $100 per stay is required at check-in. The deposit is refunded upon check-out, pending inspection of the accommodation.
• Pets: No pets are allowed to preserve the natural environment and ensure guest safety.
• Respect local culture, wildlife, and guests. We foster an inclusive, family-friendly environment—offensive or intolerant behavior will not be tolerated.
• Camping tents, Slip N Slides, badminton/volleyball nets, and slack lines are strictly prohibited. For safety, remove hammocks when not in use and always before dark.
• Due to high wildfire risk, campfires and BBQs must never be left unattended.
• Open flames, including candles, are not permitted inside accommodations due to fire safety regulations.
• Drones are prohibited to protect wildlife and ensure guest privacy.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. No amplified music is allowed in the Canyon.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including inside accommodations and common areas.
• Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the Canyon but must be transported in closed containers. Beer and wine may be purchased at the Canyon Market. Please drink responsibly. Drinking and driving is strictly forbidden in the Canyon.
