Studio 4 - Bright Cocoon

Located on Rue des 4 Éviers in Gond-Pontouvre, this bright and comfortable studio is perfect for your stay in Angoulême or its surroundings. Its strategic location, just 6 minutes from the Angoulême TGV train station and close to the main roads (N10, N141), makes getting around easy.

Thanks to the self-check-in service, you can arrive independently and immediately enjoy all the amenities. The studio is equipped with high-speed internet connection, a smart TV for optimal comfort.


For your comfort, the studio is equipped with a double bed (140x190), an open kitchen, and a bathroom. Bed linens and towels are provided, however, shampoo and shower gel are not supplied. You'll also find a toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, L'Or Barista coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils at your disposal.

A QR code will allow you to connect to free high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), and you can enjoy a Smart TV. There is free parking less than 100 meters from the building, at Place de la Chaume.

The accommodation is non-smoking. For everyone's peace and quiet, parties are prohibited. We kindly ask you to avoid noise between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Finally, for an optimal setup after a long journey, a welcome tray awaits you upon arrival.

Everything is fully self-service, with a code lock and a key box. Upon booking, you will receive all the necessary instructions. Your access codes will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival. When you depart, simply return the key to the key box.
