Ideal for two families, including pets! If you are looking for plenty of space to relax, this residence offers two distinct living rooms, creating the perfect environment to spread out and enjoy comfort; take in the beautiful views from the private deck, indulge in a soothing soak in the outdoor hot tub, and benefit from the excellent location - centrally situated for all the exciting outdoor activities in Grand County.
The open floor plan boasts hardwood flooring, impressive vaulted ceilings enhanced by abundant natural light streaming through the large windows in the living room, where you can relish the warmth of the gas fireplace and catch your favorite shows on the flat-screen television. This space provides seamless access to a private deck with views of the surrounding valley and golf course, allowing for outdoor dining during the warmer months or simply enjoying the sunsets.
The adjacent dining area accommodates up to six guests, with three additional seats available at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, tiled countertops, and wooden cabinetry.
On the main floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, window views, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is an excellent choice for children in the group, furnished with twin bunk beds and a single twin trundle. This second bedroom is conveniently accessible to all guests via the main hallway.
The lower level of the home includes a spacious secondary living room with comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen television, and access to the private patio where, after an adventurous day outdoors, you can retreat to the comfort of your private hot tub. Imagine yourself enveloped in warm water, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views – an ideal way to relax and refresh your senses. This level also includes a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a single futon, providing a quiet space to enjoy a good book. The hallway bathroom features a single vanity and a shower/tub combination. Additionally, the laundry room is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer.
Home amenities include complimentary WI-FI, pet friendly, washer and dryer, private outdoor hot tub, fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
Parking: There are 2 outdoor parking spots in front of the home.
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only. This fee is a per person per day fee.
We are 400-450 steps from a ski lift where you can access the slopes of Granby Ranch. Convenient access to Golf Granby Ranch, Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest, you're strategically located for a variety of experiences, all within a quick 30-minute drive.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
