Smartly decorated and comfortable townhome in the southwest area of Flagstaff. Close to NAU and major routes to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, AZ Snowbowl, and downtown. The primary suite has a king bed and full bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. The downstairs den/living room offers a queen sleepover sofa. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room. We offer internet-enabled TV and direct TV channels. Covered patio and large backyard with a gas fireplace and grill. This home DOES offer central heat and air conditioning. *Please be advised that the driveway is very steep and may not be accessible to some low-profile vehicles. There is no street parking available for this unit. We have a snow removal service but guests are expected to help maintain access during their stays. *All the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, must use stairs to access.

Wonderful! Easy access to Arizona Snowbowl, snow tubing, downtown, and more. The only complaint is the r45-degree angle driveway that our sedan bottomed-out when pulling into (we completely scraped bottom pulling into the garage) You must park in the driveway or garage as street parking is not allowed. Noticing many scrapes on the driveway, we were definitely not the first with this same problem.

This house is beautiful, very clean, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a great location. The only negative is the driveway. One of the pics online shows the driveway and says it's very steep, well it is very steep! For us, the driveway was a non issue and I would stay here again!

It was such a nice townhouse, very comfortable, and it met all our needs. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. It was conveniently located just a short way from NAU where the event we came to town for was held. When the listing says the driveway is steep, believe it. Even getting into the garage was a challenge. Would love to stay there again if we are in need of accommodations in Flagstaff.

Flagstaff

We had a great trip to flagstaff. The house is in a small subdivision a couple of miles from downtown near pretty good running trails. The houses are close together so if full it might be a little noisy but it seemed pretty empty while we were there. Everything in the house was great. Plenty of room lots of ceiling fans. Oh the driveway is really steep so you definitely need all wheel drive. I think this is mentioned and we had a big rental so we’re fine but our normal car would have trouble. I would stay again.

Perfect in every way!

We drove from Las Vegas to Flagstaff for 5 days, so that our daughter could tour NAU. The property was absolutely perfect in so many ways. We have 3 teenagers who enjoyed having their own beds and spaces. The house was so close to downtown Flagstaff, a quick drive to Sedona, and a decent timed drive to the Grand Canyon. The bathtub in the master bathroom was enjoyable, and the water pressure in the master bathroom was Incredible! All 5 of us were impressed with the comfort of the beds. The location to many different dining options was perfect. If my daughter chooses NAU for her future, we will definitely be returning to this incredible property!

Excellent property with just a couple of minor issues

This was one of the best VRBO properties we’ve ever stayed in from a total package standpoint. Cleanliness, neighborhood, local access, room to spread out, well—stocked etc. Only minor issues were: garage door remote didn’t work so that was annoying, second bathroom shower head needs to be adjusted because it sprays water everywhere, drain in primary shower is a bit clogged, and steep driveway is no joke - I think a high clearance vehicle may actually be required if you don’t want a scraped up bumper. And I could see it being a bit of a problem in the winter if it was covered in snow or ice. Loved the walking trails around the neighborhood and the backyard in the pines.

Great stay!

Our stay was perfect! The rental is beautiful and we loved the layout and the luxury/comfort of everything in the home. We got married and had the bridal party get ready for the day there and there was plenty of space for everyone! The only downside to the property was the very steep driveway. Luckily we had a car with high enough clearance to get into the garage, but one other car bottomed out at the top of the driveway. I know this is structural and cannot be changed, but in the rental description it might be good to mention that as there is no street parking available. Besides that, everything was fantastic! Thank you!

Great Rental

We booked as a last minute getaway and were very happy with the property, location, and communication with property management company. Beautiful and Spacious Home Near Flagstaff

The house looked exactly as pictured. It was clean and very well maintained. Lots of plates, cups, utensils - large, clean, comfortable beds - and plenty of towels. It's nice that there was a washer and dryer available to use. It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very relaxing! And less than 10 minutes into Flagstaff where there's lots of dining and activity options. We stayed here and took day trips to the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert NP, Wupatki NP, Meteor Crater, Sedona, and Antelope Canyon. Also, the property manager was responsive, and maintenance was quick to come out when we had an issue with the A/C. I highly recommend this property!

Good Home Base

The house was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. It was easy to gain access. The driveway is steep but we backed into the garage and that helped. The two king beds had foam toppers which caused us to sleep hot. The queen beds in the third bedroom did not have foam toppers and were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall, a very nice place.

Clean and cozy!

The townhome was exactly as listed. Extremely clean and setup well for our family. All TVs are connected to the internet and have YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, etc. A nice gas fireplace in the great room makes for a cozy night! The townhome is in a really nice community. The only downside, which is not the owner’s fault, is that the driveway is really steep. Unfortunately street parking is strictly prohibited. Our Honda Odyssey scraped the ground pretty hard pulling into the garage.
