The open floor plan creates a warm, inviting space to gather, whether you’re cooking meals, sharing stories, or simply enjoying the peaceful ambiance.

Ideal for fishing enthusiasts, the property sits directly on the water — be sure to bring your gear and take full advantage of this unique location. Clean your catch of the day in the shade at the covered fish-cleaning station, equipped with water, power, and a night fishing light located on the bulkheaded area in front of the house. Downstairs storage offers ample space for rods, gear, and beach supplies, with easy access and room for your boat trailer.  Whether you’re casting a line, watching the sunrise, or just savoring the stillness of the bay, The Anchor Holds offers a truly relaxing coastal escape.  Strictly enforced: no pets allowed.

The tidal range is typically 1 to 1.5 feet at low tide and 2 to 3 feet at high tide. This range may vary depending on the time of year during your stay.
