Great home, Great location!!

Went to Grand Junction for our niece's HS Graduation. The home was very welcoming. It was very open and spacious. The bedrooms were very roomy, plenty of space for king beds and all of our luggage! The beds were very comfortable. Good size bathrooms/showers and sink areas. Big kitchen with everything you would need. This was definitely a great home in a nice, clean neighborhood, close to everywhere we needed to go. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

A Wonderful Labor Day Weekend in Grand Junction, CO

This house was perfect for my family and me for our three nights in Grand Junction. Everything about the house was great. The property owner was terrific in overcoming communication problems through VRBO. The VRBO-level web- and app-based communications were only overcome with the property owner. In spite of the communication glitches through the VRBO platform, I would still highly recommend this house for a Grand Junction visit. It is centrally located and any of the fantastic places that are in and around the city are easy to access.

Easy walk to restaurants / shops of downtown Grand Junction

ALL of the beds are memory foam and what a huge thing that was. Super comfortable! We walked to dinner, coffee shops etc -- the location is A+. Very clean, uncluttered house, no issues with noise or anything else. AC works great. I sat on the little front porch reading every afternoon to enjoy the summer afternoon rain -- it was so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. One suggestion: you might consider adding a full length mirror to the upstairs, as right now the only mirror up there is in the bathroom, and it is only from the waist and up.

Beautiful place at a great location

We loved our 3-night stay at this property. It’s nice, clean, spacious, with modern decorations. We will definitely stay here again the next time with visit Grand Junction. The host is pleasant and easy to communicate with. The best part was we met a neighborhood cat who came to visit us every time we were outside. She was adorable!

Grand Junction Stay 2024

Sadie was pleasant and prompt in her communications. She confirmed the reservation as we neared the arrival date. A welcome letter with instructions was posted the day before we arrived. The accommodations were just as advertised. The place was well suited for our family... five adults and three children. We will book again when we return. I'm not a regular VRBO user, so I don't know if it's normal for the insurance deposit to be fully charged along with the rental fee at the time of the reservation. I paid off the rental and deposit charge three months in advance in order to avoid interest fees on my card. We just returned home... Waiting on news regarding the deposit. Heard back from Sadie attentively as ever
 The deposit management is outsourced and is returned within a couple of weeks. :-)

Great trip!

Our son had a baseball tournament in GJ. This was a perfect place for us. Clean, modern, with all the amenities we needed. The location was great to walk to the restaurants on and around Main Street and to walk to a JUCO game in the evening. Also an easy drive to the CO National Monument. We would definitely stay again!
