Luxury Mountain Home in Grand Lake - Hot Tub

This new luxury mountain home is perfect for multi-family vacations to Grand Lake, Lake Granby, Ski Granby Ranch, Winter Park, and/or Rocky Mountain National Park. It is centrally located and very close to the snowmobile and ATV trail entrances. This home also features an eight-person hot tub, outdoor entertainment areas with gas firepit and grill, game room with foosball table and ping pong table, and a super fun built-in bunk room for all the kids with a hidden entrance! There is plenty of room to play and store all your gear in this large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house with 2 car garage.

The inside is gorgeously designed and professionally decorated with all brand-new furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, upgraded finishes, smart appliances, and beautiful master bath. It has a large deck off the main entertainment room and off the master suite. There are 4 bedrooms and two living areas with a sleeper sofa which can sleep a total of 15 people. This home is SMART Home enabled with smart blinds, TVs, door locks, appliances, and thermostat. Use the Google Home to control these features with your voice (we’ve provided simple commands for you to try out during your stay including some fun ones to help entertain the kids).

This the perfect base camp for all your activities in and around Grand Lake. And if you end up spending more time at the cabin instead, there are a lot of options to keep you and your family entertained between activities.

NEW FEATURE! We just added a hidden door. This door makes the access to the bunk room secret. Parents can challenge their kids to find their room. Behind the bookshelf is the entrance to the bunk room and the basement bathroom. Please be gentle though. To open, pull the shelf near the bottom third (items don’t unhinge it, just pull). Items on the shelves are secured by velcro but could come off if it isn’t handled with care. It’s best to leave the door open once found, to prevent damage.
