This charming 155m² property is your perfect seaside retreat, offering a warm, beach-inspired atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. With the main house and a cosy annexe, you'll find plenty of space and privacy to unwind.

The main house features an open-plan living and kitchen area, ideal for enjoying meals together and relaxing after a day of exploration. The comfortable living room includes a TV for your favourite shows, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Extra conveniences include a dishwasher and washing machine.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and plenty of storage. A mezzanine with two single beds (accessible by stairs, with limited safety) is available, but please note that children should not use it without adult supervision. The living room has no blinds or blackout curtains, so the natural light may interfere with sleep for those sensitive to it.

The main house also offers three full bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your comfort.

The annex provides a private bedroom with a cozy queen-size bed, air conditioning, wall storage, and its own bathroom – perfect for added privacy.

Relax in the lovely garden or enjoy the sun by the refreshing swimming pool. Please note that the pool is not fenced, so children must always be supervised.

Cleaning will be arranged before your scheduled arrival to ensure everything is ready for you.

Please note that the pool is surrounded by a fence to help protect against accidental falls. This is a very common safety measure for families with babies or small children.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is easily accessible by car, and guests can park their vehicles on the street for free.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 78-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
