Big Birch, completely renovated in 2024, comfortably sleeps 12, while Little Birch is perfect for two guests. Whether you're planning a family reunion, hosting your in-laws, or providing a cozy retreat for a couple with a baby, this property has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Delight in breathtaking lake views from most rooms and enjoy the convenience of a double-oven in the kitchen for preparing family feasts. Spend your days on the private beach, exploring the lake with 4 kayaks and a paddleboard. Unwind in the evenings with cocktails on the expansive deck or private large dock on your private island as the sun sets. End your nights around the campfire or soaking in the hot tub, serenaded by the soothing calls of the loons.

Things to Know
This is two separate homes on the same property (3-Bedroom House & Guest Cottage.)
The living room is a "Bunk Area” with bunk beds (Queen on the bottom, Twin on top).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
