This property is located in a small mobile home community. There are 10 homes, 4 are airbnb properties and the others are full time residents. It is a quiet and private location. The property is a 1970`s single wide mobile home that has been completely updated. The outdoor space includes a grassy area and a firepit.

There is a queen bed, a full sized bed, a fold out single bed and a sofa for sleeping. Extra bedding is provided.

There is plenty of parking and the access to the property is open

The home is on a septic system so it is very important that no wipes or feminine products are flushed down the toilet.

We ask that all noise is minimized by 9:00 PM in order to be considerate of the other occupants.
Pet policy is as follows: Pets can never be left in the home unattended unless they are crated. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outdoors. Pet pooh must be picked up promptly and completely cleaned up when vacating. Please keep pets off the furniture and beds. No excessive barking will be allowed.

Smoking - NO smoking of any kind in the property. All cigarette butts must be collected and thrown in the trash. PLEASE do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
