A classic canoe, hung on the wall, brings the spirit of adventure and the great outdoors right into the heart of the room. Shelves are lined with a variety of books and board games, offering everything from gripping novels to nature guides, ensuring there's something for every guest to enjoy. Combined with the vintage record player and vinyl collection, the cabin creates a perfect blend of nature, nostalgia, and cozy comfort—ideal for those looking to relax, explore, and unplug.

Bring your furry friends! We love hosting families and well-behaved dogs! For allergy and maintenance reasons, we’re unfortunately unable to host cats.



Please note: Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!

Several trails, including the Cacapon Mountain Trail, offer great views and varying levels of difficulty. The park is also home to an 18-hole golf course and a swimming pool to enjoy during winter months.



2. The Potomac Eagle Scenic Railroad (distance from house - 30 minutes): Take a scenic train ride through the Potomac Valley, known for its breathtaking views of the river, mountains, and wildlife (including bald eagles). It's a fun and relaxing way to explore the area.
