It is also a short 5-minute drive to downtown Green Bay! This cozy and stylish 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many modern updates while still preserving the home's original woodwork & charm. The backyard patio, equipped with a fire pit and grill is sure to be a gathering place that you and your guests will not want to leave.

This beautifully designed home boasts a welcoming space to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The living room includes comfortable seating, a custom-built coffee table, board games and 55 inch 4k smart TV.

The newly updated kitchen has cookware, plates, bowls, glassware, silverware, etc for your cooking and dining needs. The coffee corner is equipped with a 2-in-1 drip and K-cup coffee maker as well as complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar and K-cups. Feel free to bring your own favorite coffee!

The patio, which is kept lit at night with string lights, is the perfect place to grill and sit around the fire. The backyard has plenty of room to throw around a football, play corn hole, ladder golf or nerf axe throwing, which are all included in your stay.

The bedrooms all include brand new memory foam mattresses. Bedroom one includes 1 queen bed, a 43 inch 4k smart TV and 2 nightstands with charging stations. Bedroom two includes 1 queen bed, a desk workstation, a closet system and a nightstand with charging station. Bedroom three is our quaint cabin-themed room that includes 2 full size beds, tons of closet space and a nightstand with a charging station.

The newly updated full bathroom includes rain shower head, a vessel sink and basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The half bath has also been recently updated.

A washer and dryer are available in the basement for your convenience with complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets.
