Hilltop House is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with expansive views of Cocoa Bay, Sea of Abaco, and Atlantic Beach. The wrap around porch allows exquisite views of all coastal waters which are a short 3 min. walk away. Atlantic Beach has coral reefs just off shore for snorkeling and lobster hunting when in season or take a long quiet walk where there are no crowds. Cocoa Bay offers a more tranquil atmosphere where you have the opportunity to walk along the whispering Casuarinas or swim/feed the local sea turtles and rays. No need for a boat just a short walk!

Hilltop House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that can sleep 6 comfortably. The house has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and beautiful views from all windows. French doors are in every room and open up to walk around porches offering views of exceptionally clear and brilliant turquoise colored waters. A fully equipped kitchen with all amenities included for the chef who enjoys having the group gather while cooking. Outdoor seating including a comfortable lounge area with gas fire pit for those romantic sunsets and chilly evenings.

The living room is a spacious area with a sectional couch, leather chair for comfortable seating to watch the 70 in Smart TV, high speed internet is provided. Portable Harman Kardon Onyx speaker is available to use for enhanced listening of your play list.

The master bedroom offers a spacious, aesthetically pleasing room with views of water from all windows and french doors which open to wrap around porch. 60 in Smart TV is mounted for viewing pleasure. The large master bathroom hosts a walk in shower, toilet, double sinks, and make up vanity. The closet is spacious with dressers available in the room for other clothing. A blow dryer and hot iron are provided.
