Enjoy a private Key West–style retreat set on over an acre of tropical landscape in a prime West Palm Beach location. This property offers the ideal blend of seclusion and convenience, just 15 minutes from beaches, Wellington polo grounds, Downtown West Palm Beach, fine dining, shopping, and PBI Airport.

Designed for large groups and multiple families, the 3,000 sq ft home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests across 6 private sleeping areas. Bright, open living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen flow into a spacious dining area perfect for gathering together.

Outdoor living is the highlight of the estate. The private backyard features:
• A freeform resort-style pool with rock waterfall and slide
• Covered lanai with gas grill
• Two separate outdoor dining areas
• Firepit for evening gatherings
• Lounge seating throughout the property
• Over an acre of private, tropical grounds

Sleeping Layout:
• Master Suite: King bed with ensuite bath and jetted tub
• Bedroom 2: Queen + king-size daybed
• Bedroom 3: Queen + king-size daybed
• Loft Bedroom: Queen + two twin beds
• Downstairs Private Suite: Bedroom, living area, kitchenette, and dining area
• Bedroom 6: Fully private room with queen sleeper sofa

The downstairs suite and sixth bedroom provide added flexibility and privacy, ideal for groups traveling together. The home is child-friendly and includes a pack-and-play and stair safety railings.

Optional Service Fees:
• $65 per day for pool heating (24-hour notice required)
• $150 pet fee (maximum 2 pets)
• $50 per hour for early check-in or late check-out, if available
• $25 per guest per night after the 16th guest (maximum 18 guests total)

Our stay was amazing! We sought a place that can accommodate approx 15 people for a gathering. The home was amazing, had room for everyone and was as picturesque as you can ask for! Many little spots that were perfect for taking pics and just lounging around. The pool area was so nice and relaxing. The patio downstairs featured a BBQ, full dining table and plenty of games to keep us busy. The greenery around the property was like a dream. The property had a charm, even in the rain! I highly recommend this home!

4th of July Family trip a true Hidden backyard paradise!

Tucked away off the beaten path. This Key West-style pool home is a hidden gem and perfect for our large family of 13. The living area and layout of the rooms provided great space for everyones privacy. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, it feels like your own private paradise! The pool is gorgeous and bigger than it looks in the pictures! Our grand-daughters loved playing on the baja shelf with their toys and our grandsons must have went down the pool slide a thousand times! Our whole family enjoyed endless games of pool air ball. It was so much fun and we all laughed so hard! We loved that there also was a large picnic table in the shaded area to grill out. The yard is huge and has a fire pit and a soccer net area too. Despite its secluded feel, you're just minutes from the beach, golf courses, and all the attractions of West Palm Beach. Beaches are close, one of the days the guys golfed and we took the kids to Cox Science Museum and Aquarium. City Place was a short drive and a great place with shops and restaurants too. The communication was awesome, Jose was the best with check in and very prompt with any questions I had. He made sure the home and pool were perfect for our grandchildren and family to enjoy. We made lots of great family memories here. It’s the best of both worlds—peaceful, private, and perfectly located. A true tropical retreat to relax and detox and your family will never want to leave!

This place was a dream! We had 11 people and even had extra room. The house was so clean and well-stocked with kitchen necessities (they even had a rice cooker for sushi night). The pool was perfect and so beautiful. We felt like we were at a private resort. We loved the covered porch area off the pool- which had a large enough table for all of us to eat together for lunch and dinner. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! When we needed anything, the owner was responsive and quick to be there if necessary. If we are ever back, we would absolutely rent here again.

A Hidden Gem in West Palm Beach!

Our last minute booking made for a spectacular stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool slide, ping pong table and soccer fields. There’s plenty to do at the property and it was very clean as pictured. We plan on coming back for a longer stay very soon.

No attention to detail unfortunately

We were disappointed with the condition of this property. It is a bit rundown. Upon arrival, we noticed scratches on the furniture and walls, 2 cabinets off-track in the kitchen,the powder room’s lights were BOTH burned out, as well as one of the entry way chandelier lights was out. The house was fairly clean but it seems that the housekeepers should have communicated that to the maintenance people for new guests. The pool was great on the property but because there is alot of tropical greenery around it, there was debris at the bottom of the pool and also floating on top. Also , the vacuum was left in the pool which to me is very strange.I was made aware on the day of check-in that there was a 65 charge per day to HEAT the pool. That was very deceptive.. other listings disclosed that in their descriptions before you would decide to rent that VRBO property. Thankfully, Jose was very attentive to my complaints and handled problems quickly. He did not charge for the 2 days of pool heating because he knew that I felt that was unfair.The property had several sofa beds and there were sheets and pillows but only ONE warmer blanket in the whole house! In the downstairs bedroom, there is an attached bathroom/shower . The door to that has a 5x5 inch hole in the bottom of it (pet door with no option to close it) It did not make that bathroom seem very private Things listed on the site… pool table, tire swing were not there.Also the fire pit was completely rusted through.

Can’t say anything bad!

Amazing property and house! I’m so upset I didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather but I was so tempted to jump right in that freezing cold pool! I booked last minute in a cold snap in Florida and it was a rainy day and not the hosts fault at all. We stayed under the huge patio and hula hooped and relaxed and listened to the rain. I couldn’t say enough good things about this house! It’s amazing!

This home is absolutely beautiful!!! So much space for the kids to run free and a great shaded area for us to relax and watch them. We rented this space for my son's graduation. Less than 10mins from the fairgrounds and easily accessible to main roads. Will definitely rent again when family comes in from out of town.

Fun for everyone!

The whole family had fun at this property. The pool is amazing and a great place to spend the sunny days. The house had everything we needed including plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. It also had plenty of room for all of us as well as enough bathrooms for all. The only downfall was there wasn’t a great place to take walks due to the odd neighborhood. Other than that, we appreciate the quick communication and overall we were very satisfied with the property.
