Luxury 2 bedroom, first floor apartment located across the street from Townsend Manor Marina in the heart of Greenport Village . Walk to town and enjoy the amazing restaurants and shopping that Greenport has offer. This custom Victorian Farmhouse has been fully renovated with all modern amenities.

The custom gourmet kitchen has a sub zero refrigerator, Wolf stove, farmhouse sink. Gas grill located outside where you can enjoy evening dinner under the stars.

You will find 2 Flat screen SMART TVs. There is Wifi throughout the house.

The large wrap around deck is the perfect spot to have your coffee or glass of wine with marina views and great people watching.

The first floor apartment is bright with sunshine and hard wood floors. Easy to maintain for beachside living.

The airy master bedroom has a Samsung smart flat screen TV. Enjoy a great nights sleep on the temperdic King Size bed.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a gorgeous wood barn door.

There is a full bathroom, laundry in the apartment and an outdoor shower in the private backyard.

The driveway can fit 3 cars and the home has plenty of public parking in front and behind.

Outstanding Outstanding!!!

My oldest daughter did a little getaway during the week and we fell in love with our accommodations! Clean, priced right and close to town. But maybe the best part was the clear communication and attention we recvd from our host. Everything went smooth. This immaculate home came with everything we were looking for. Outstanding!!!! Great rental for a weekend away!

I stayed in the house with my family for a long weekend. The house was a quick walk to town and short drive to the beach. The house looked as pictured. The host answered all our questions with quick and helpful replies! The house is newly renovated but still has the charm and noises of an old house.

Our Greenport Getaway!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was very clean and spacious for our 6 guests. We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here if you are considering staying in Greenport! It’s close to the town, wineries, restaurants.

Lovely home great area

Well appointed. Can walk to town. My only annoyance was the AC did not work homeowner turner it off and the house was 78 the whole time. Homeowner could not be reached for 24 hours and provided no solution.

Amazing Weekend!

The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable! The beds also were super comfortable, which is so important for a few nights away from the kids when sleeping in is one of the luxuries! :) The house was well stocked, clean and in a convenient location! Very close to town and also not far from a lot of the wineries. It made for a very memorable 40th birthday getaway with friends. I would definitely return!

Great location, nice host, clean property

Rented with a group of 8 moms - plenty of room for everyone, one bedroom is downstairs away from the others, both showers are upstairs (there is an outdoor shower but that’s not for October haha). The house is very clean and decorated nicely. Agree with previous reviewer that there is not a ton of space to gather as a group, but you are a .5 walk from downtown Greenport so most of your time will be spent out anyway ! The host was very nice and accommodating and the check in/out process was quick and easy.

Nice, New House

We were 9 women. The living room did not have enough seating for nine nor did the dining room table. Kitchen was top shelf with a Wolf oven. Very nice beds & bedroom comforters. Clean and neat overall feeling. Enjoyed our stay!

Long weekend with family

Had a lovely stay in this house for a long weekend in March. Four couples - all family - plenty of space to spread out. Big couch in the living room, we all fit at the dining table for pizza and cards, beautiful stove for big Sunday breakfast making and a great dishwasher to help make clean up easy. The host, Jackie, was very responsive throughout the process, and checkin/checkout was a breeze.
