Property and room was very clean. Had to call maintenance to fix door lock. (bolt didn't align with slot) Maintenance addressed immediately. Electric black out curtain stopped working as well. (would only raise half way) Door to bathroom catches on raised tiles as door opens. This unit is for ADA customers and this could create an injury since it isn't easy to open door. Evening staff was amazing. Upon checking out, the desk rep had issues processing our payments (we wanted to pay 50/50) I swiped my card on file was initially declined. There was sufficient funds so not sure why there was an issue. I used a different card and he charged that card twice, because he said the first attempt didn't go through. After reviewing my room transactions receipt, my card on file was charged my half of the room reservation on my CC. So overall, I paid for both parts of the reservation and another 50% of the reservation. Rep at desk stated that there was a new program for the business was having issues with it. Another tenant checking out stated she didn't agree with her charges neither. I don't know if this is a training issue or a software issue. This process has been a huge inconvenience and rather embarrassing considering the line to check out had grown since there was only 1 rep for a Sunday check out.
