Located in the Chianti region, in the heart of Tuscany, Villa Vista Chianti is a Villa with a beautiful swimming pool, its unique charm will give you an unforgettable travel experience. Located between the hills surrounding Florence and Siena, this estate is immersed in the splendid Tuscan countryside and has 7 double bedrooms and as many bathrooms, private Mediterranean garden, two private swimming pools for guests, one of which is infinity with a solarium, and open-air kitchen complete with barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor dining. The ideal solution for those wanting to immerse themselves in the Tuscan nature and enjoy the charm of the Chianti hills. Our villa offers an exclusive stay for families or groups of up to 14 guests.

The Space

Located just a few minutes away from the center of the village of Panzano, Villa Vista Chianti offers a 360-degree experience of luxury and comfort and can accommodate up to a maximum of 14 guests. With its contemporary furnishings that recall the Tuscan tradition, the private swimming pool and elegant interiors, the property has an internal surface area of 600 m2 and extends over four levels plus the turret, from where you can admire breathtaking views of the entire countryside with vineyards, cypresses, olive groves.

From the main entrance it is possible to access the living area where you can admire the furniture and the contemporary style that trace through all the rooms of the house: featuring modern prints of female subjects, a fireplace, sofas and seats and a magnificent candelabra in the center of the room. In the next room there is a work area with table and chairs and a small corner with sink and dishwasher.

From the ground floor the property extends to the lower floors via internal stairs where you will find a dining room with twelve seats, a fully equipped open space kitchen and a 5 burner induction hob and double oven, microwave oven, wine cellar, large fridge with ice maker, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine.

On the second basement floor there is the spa area with a cervical and lumbar hydromassage tub, indoor swimming pool overlooking the garden and lounge area with laundry.

The exteriors enjoy a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills and it is possible to relax in the solarium area, with two private swimming pools, one measuring 6m x 6m with a depth of 30cm which can be heated on request and one 3m x 10m above ground located in a secluded area of the garden. Continuing towards the entrance of the villa, you will find a large dining area with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue for outdoor dining and a table with seats.

Other Characteristics

• From the Villa it’s possible to enjoy panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, immersing guests in the beauty of that surroundings

• It’s possible to organize events upon request and subject to authorisation from the property

• The Villa is also fully equipped with centralized air conditioning and heating, inside the property it’s possible to use the Wi-Fi throughout for free.

• Private parking available for guests.

Guest Access

During your stay you will have access to the entire villa. Villa Vista Chianti is located within an 18-hectare estate part of the complex of 3 villas each with a swimming pool and independent services. For large groups, up to 37 people, it is possible to rent the entire estate and stay together in the three units. All the villas, if rented independently, enjoy total privacy thanks to the hedges that separate the external spaces between one property and another. Villa Vista Chianti can be reached via a private path.

• Tourist tax - €2,5 per day, per person, for the first 7 nights

• A security deposit is required at the time of booking - €2,000 (to be paid by bank transfer before arrival or by credit card; other payment methods can be considered on request)

• Late check in fee - €50

Cancellation Terms

To confirm your booking you must pay a deposit of 30% at the time of booking which is non refundable. You must pay the balance at least 60 days before the check in date of your stay. If you cancel from 60 to 1 day before your check in, you will lose everything paid including the deposit.

Damages and Additional Expenses

You will be responsible for any damages to the rented property caused during your stay.

Swimming Pool

The Swimming Pool is available for use from 1st April - 31st October.

The pool can be heated on request for an extra cost of €500

Spa

The Spa facilities are always open and available to use.

Internet

The Internet is free, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Waste

Separate waste collection is required. There is a bin for plastic, one for paper, one for mixed waste (e.g., batteries, diapers, female hygiene products, aluminum), and one for food. Every day, the housekeeper will clean the house and take out the trash.

Daily Cleaning Service

Every day the maid is available to guests for 3 hours to clean the rooms and living room.

Parking

Private parking is available on site.
