These cities are an art lover’s dream but are such interesting historical cities that even those who do not love art will enjoy a trip here.

The villas are 52 km away from Florence Amerigo Vespucci International Airport, 288 km away from Rome Leonardo da Vinci International Airport. Greve in Chianti is at 10 km away, San Casciano in Val di Pesa is 20 km and San Gimignano at 43 km away.

Ville il Paradiso is an exclusive estate comprising three villas, each with its own grounds, pool, outdoor space, that can be rented together or separately:

• Villa Mia (7 bedrooms, 1 outdoor pool)
• Villa Bellaflore (7 bedrooms, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool (pool heating included from May to October, max 28/29°C; during other periods pool heating is available on request at an extra cost) complete with a small bar and a lounge room.)
• Villa Bacci (4 bedrooms, 1 outdoor pool, 1 indoor pool (pool heating included from May to October, max 28/29°C; during other periods pool heating is available on request at an extra cost) complete with a small bar and a lounge room.)

The estate is perfect for families or friends looking for privacy and tranquillity. It is also perfect for small events and weddings (EXTERNAL CATERING NOT PERMITED). Two of the villas were build in the 16th and 17th centuries as farmhouses, the third villa is a recent addition.

Ville Il Paradiso is surrounded by greenery and have been completely renovated recently. The villas use clean energy sources such as solar and geothermal energy.

Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas, while windows and gates are positioned to ensure complete privacy.

The house consists of 4 levels plus the turret. There are different accesses to the villa: the main doorway can be considered the one on second level.

SECOND FLOOR

• Bedroom and bathroom 2 - Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub.
• Bedroom and bathroom 3 - Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom and jacuzzi bathtub and shower.

LOWER FLOOR (a short flight of steps led you down to the lower floor)

• Bedroom and bathroom 4 - Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

THIRD FLOOR (reachable from the garden or through an internal staircase)
• Bedroom and bathroom 5 - Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

FOURTH FLOOR (from the entrance hall coming up through a short staircase you'll lead the 4th level where is a small living room and then you’ll come up in the turret where there is the last bedroom)

VILLA MIA

The house consists of 2 levels. There are different accesses to the villa.
The main access is from the garden and leads to the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. Each one has the ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the bathrooms has a free-standing Jacuzzi tub.

Ville Il Paradiso is set in the heart of the Chianti wine region. As a result, it is possible to reach the following sites and attractions easily:

• Panzano in Chianti, a small village is just 900 m from the villa with the shops and restaurants
• The larger town of Greve in Chianti is 10 km away and Castellina in Chianti is 15 km away
• Siena is only 42 km away.
• Just a little further is the world-famous city of Florence, which is a 35 km away
• Florence airport is about 46 km away
Other considerations to bear in mind before renting Villa Mia:
• The villa is in the perfect location to explore the local vineyards and wineries
• There are other famous villages to visit for art enthusiasts other than Florence and Siena. Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina and Radda are all nearby.
• The summer months can be very warm, but those looking to come in the winter should be aware the pool is unheated.
• Hiring a car to make day trips around Tuscany is recommended, and there is private parking on site.
