- in the Pierre et Vacances residence, about 15 minutes from the village of Grimaud and 10 minutes from Port Grimaud;
- with a sea view, although the beach is quite far if you wish to reach it on foot;
- near a restaurant and a small grocery store, open only during the summer;
- at least a 10-minute drive from shopping areas and restaurants.
