Villa Flores is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa located on top of a small hill. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Flores you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Flores is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 11 km (6.8 miles) from Grosseto, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles), a grocery store at 11 km (roughly 6.8 miles) and the closest beach (Marina di Grosseto beach) at 23 km (roughly 14.3 miles). You will reach Villa Flores from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of October.

The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills.
Garden
The garden is 15000 square meters (162000 square feet). It is partly shaded by olive trees and by tall cypresses. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.

The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include two sofas, two armchairs and a desk. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room also has five windows.
