home offers stunning lake views, a private dock, and modern amenities for a

comfortable and relaxing getaway.

an open-beam rustic design while offering modern comforts like central A/C and

gas heating.

Outdoor patio, dining area, and BBQ grill ( propane not includedbut there is a

tank that can be refilled at the local market )

Private dock with deep water access (Note: 100 stairs down to the dock)

Kayaks included for guest use

BOATS & WATER ACTIVITIES

Guests have access to kayaks to enjoy the lake. Life jackets are required and

provided.

Private dock with deep water access

Expansive lake views from all levels

Swimming permitted up to 30 feet from the dock (per Pine Mountain Lake

regulations)



IMPORTANT POLICIES & HOUSE RULES

No pets allowed.

No smoking, candles, outdoor fires, firearms, or fireworks permitted on the

property.

Propane for the gas BBQ is not provided but there is a tank that can be

refilled at the local market

Golden Peak Cabin has multiple stairways, including 100 stairs leading to the

dock.

Guests must turn off A/C and lights upon checkout and place trash in the

designated bin.



PARKING

Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.



GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS

Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a one-time access permit fee of $50 per

vehicle to enter the gated community. This fee is non-refundable and paid

directly to the HOA. Stays over 8 nights require additional fees.

guide you on how to secure one! If you can’t get a reservation, no
