Please note there is a $50 gate fee per vehicle charged by the HOA of the community. This is set by the HOA and charged when you pick up a gate card. The gate card is valid for 7 days and needs to be renewed for stays longer than 7 days. We have no control over this. This fee does provide access to some of the neighborhood amenities (lake, etc). If you’d like a golf time, do let us know and we are happy to assist.

Private hot tub available upon request for $50/stay (covers heating, chemicals & maintenance). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival if you’d like to use it.

EV Level 2 charger available. If used, you’ll be charged at cost based on actual PG&E rates (guests average under $0.40/kWh vs. $0.60-0.70/kWh at public ChargePoint stations or $0.54-0.63/kWh at Rivian charging). Usage monitored and billed after stay.
