Located just 25 miles from the gates of Yosemite National Park, you`ll have easy access to all the wonders of this natural wonderland while enjoying the peace and tranquility of our private community.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- We are happy to provide early check in or late checkout if possible. It does not hurt to check a day before.
- We do have a generator in case there is an outage.
- Our checkout process is very short and stress free. We do not give you a long laundry list of things to do. We understand that it is your vacation. Our cleaning crew will take care of most of the things for you.

Other things to note
To help facilitate your entry into the community, we will need to register your details in advance. This is simply a part of the community`s procedures to maintain its tranquility and security, which we hope contributes to the peace and safety of your stay.
Upon your arrival, there will be a nominal Guest Permit fee of $46 per car to access the community and roadways. This can be taken care of directly at the gate upon your arrival. This permit remains valid for up to 7 days, and it`s a community-wide policy that applies to all visitors.
We understand that additional fees can be a surprise, and we hope this advance notice helps you in planning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which is ultimately designed to maintain the serene and secure environment that makes our community special.
