We will send you the access code for the electronic door lock in advance. Important note: Last minute reservations: If you make your reservation after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival, or on the day of check-in, the apartment will be available for check-in from 6:00 p.m. onwards. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 am. Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure and notify your host.

The rate per night published on the platform is base and includes 1 to 2 guests.

Starting with the 3rd guest, an additional charge of approximately $10 USD per person per night applies.



The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 2 people, including adults, children and infants.

Important: Although Airbnb does not count children and infants in the total number of guests, the condo does. Please be sure to include all occupants when booking.



Cleaning:
