Check-in: Our staff can greet you in the lobby between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please contact your host. We will send you the access code for the electronic door lock in advance. Important note: Last minute reservations: If you make your reservation after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival, or on the day of check-in, the apartment will be available for check-in from 6:00 p.m. onwards. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 am. Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure and notify your host.

We have a private transportation service with additional cost that is available for you to move around the city with ease.



If you wish to hire it, it is important that you request it at least 15 hours in advance in order to coordinate it properly.

Capacity and Rates: The rate per night published on the platform is base and includes 1 to 2 guests. Starting with the 3rd guest, an additional charge of approximately $10 USD per person per night applies. The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 2 people, including adults, children and infants. Important: Although Airbnb does not count children and infants in the total number of guests, the condo does. Please be sure to include all occupants when booking. Cleaning: The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay, but does not include daily cleaning or changing of linens or laundry during your visit. Due to the constant growth of Guadalajara, it is possible that there may be construction work or other elements nearby that generate noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding. Forgotten objects We are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects in the accommodation. We recommend that you check carefully before your departure.
