You can ease into the day at the dining table with a warm drink, watching the horizon shift in color, then return in the evening to a calm atmosphere where the city lights flicker beneath clear skies.



The space

Designed for up to 2 guests, this one-bedroom condo provides a simple, restful environment for solo travelers or couples. The bedroom includes 1 bed, along with bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage to help you settle in comfortably. A private bathroom with hot water and bathroom essentials offers a practical space to refresh at your own pace.



Living and comfort

The condo balances relaxation with everyday convenience. Air conditioning helps maintain a pleasant indoor setting, while Wifi keeps you connected throughout your stay. You can spend a quiet evening watching TV or enjoy light activity with the in-unit exercise equipment. A carbon monoxide alarm is also installed for added peace of mind.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
