Forte Sorgnano | Farmhouse with private pool

Tenuta di Forte Sorgnano is the perfect place to relax, surrounded by nature and tranquillity, but it is also an excellent starting point for visiting some of the most beautiful Umbrian cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Spoleto, Bevagna, Montefalco and to discover the charm of the Umbrian territory. The peculiarity of the estate is the Castle of Sorgnano, whose origins date back to the Lombard period which, suspended between earth and sky, stands perched on the south-west edge of the estate.
The farmhouse consists of 4 farmhouses. The main one, a recently renovated 19th century farmhouse, houses 8 two-room apartments 2 + 2, the second cottage houses 2 three-room apartments 4 + 2 150 meters from the swimming pool, while the main house houses the restaurant and the rooms.

This house is the apartment Casa Il Granaio, a welcoming apartment, with entrance on the ground floor, which is spread over two floors with 68 square meters in size. On the ground floor there is the living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, restroom and also an equipped outdoor area (23 sqm) with table, chairs and umbrella. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The house enjoys views of the swimming pool and the garden.

The houses and rooms of the estate are bright and welcoming, equipped with all comforts and characterized by a rustic and elegant style at the same time. There are some details of traditional architecture such as Impruneta terracotta, terracotta tiles, chestnut beams and 19th century Umbrian style furniture. The farmhouse offers many services: restaurant, swimming pool with solarium, walking paths.
