The Beach Club Catalina 1401 is all about the VIEWS! This 4 bedroom/4 bath condo offers magnificent sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Mobile Bay, the Clubhouse area, and a sugar white sand beach which stretches endlessly down a natural undisturbed area covered with sand dunes and wildlife. The Beach Club is a luxury resort located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, so please check the locator map and learn about this one mile wide stretch of land with Mobile Bay to the North and the Gulf of Mexico to the South. The resort offers fine casual dining, a sports bar and grill, food trucks, a tram, a tike bar, 5 outdoor pools with hot tubs, and indoor pool, a salon with a spa, a fitness center, volleyball, children's activities, bike rentals, a grilling area and a playground and rubico clay tennis courts! Some features are seasonal, so are our rental rates.

The Catalina pool and hot tub are located at the foot of the tower right outside the lobby and few steps away is a boardwalk to the beach. You may bring your own beach gear of call ahead for a setup of loungers and an umbrella. The attendants will set up parasailing and other seasonal offerings. On the way back to the tower, you may stop and shower off the sand and swing while taking in the incredible views.

There are 3 King beds and 2 Queen beds and a bunk bed! There is NO sofa sleeper. All four bedrooms adjoin a bathroom. The King Master Bedroom adjoins the South balcony overlooking the beach and has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The King Guest Bedroom #1 adjoins the hallway bath with another walk-in shower. King Guest Bedroom #2 adjoins a balcony overlooking the Mobile Bay and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Third Guest Bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen Beds and a bunk bed (Sleeps 6), and adjoins a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The beds are made with white linen, linens are supplied for the bath & kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including an automatic dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A stack washer/dryer is in the utility closet by the kitchen. Please bring food, disposable products and detergents.

The Beach Club offers unlimited parking, but no trailers or RVs are allowed.

CLUBHOUSE & AMENITIES:
Without any additional charges, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, three boardwalks to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, and charcoal grills located in front of The Clubhouse. You may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar and the salon, located in The Clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops located near the entry of the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach, rent bicycles & kayaks. The beach attendant will greet you and arrange the payment.

The owner of this condo is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the "Private" amenities, too, by paying a $50.00 daily fee at The Clubhouse desk in person for the days you choose, if any. The daily fee varies, depending on the number of days used, but it covers your entire party for that day! The "Private" amenities include a seasonally heated beach side community outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, an indoor pool and a fitness center with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious locker rooms with showers and a sauna, children's activities, and access to the tennis courts.

Beach lounger rental packages, water sports, parasailing, bicycle rentals and more may be obtained at The Club Desk in person during your stay. Many of the amenities are seasonal and our rates typically reflect off season pricing.
