Welcome to Beach Oasis, a newly constructed beachfront estate located in the heart of Gulf Shores on West Beach. This pet-friendly 8-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed for larger families, offering upscale amenities, expansive living spaces, and breathtaking views of the Gulf. With 3,790 square feet of elegant interiors and accommodations for up to 20 guests, Beach Oasis is the perfect destination for those seeking comfort, style, and direct access to the sand and surf.

The home spans three levels, including a carport with covered parking and additional space in the driveway. A private elevator provides seamless access to every floor. The main level features a beautifully appointed living room with a flat-screen TV and balcony access that leads directly to a private heated pool overlooking the Gulf.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is designed for entertaining, complete with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. The spacious dining area features two 60-inch tables, while the kitchen island offers additional seating for six. Just outside, a covered porch invites you to dine alfresco with a view of the water.

Two bedrooms are located on the main level. The primary suite includes a king bed, TV, private balcony access, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, TV, balcony access, and a handicap-friendly private bath with a roll-in shower and roll-up sink.

The second floor offers six additional bedrooms, a secondary living space, and a convenient mini kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink.
Bedroom 3 offers a king bed, TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed, TV, balcony access, and a private bath with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Bedrooms 5 and 6 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Bedroom 5 features a king bed and TV, while Bedroom 6 includes a full-over-full bunk bed that sleeps four. Bedrooms 7 and 8 share another Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Bedroom 7 offers a king bed and TV, while Bedroom 8 features another full-over-full bunk and a TV.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
