About this space
Steps from the beach and the lagoon, this property offers it all. Lagoon Run 307 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 8. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
The space
Boaters are welcome! The property features a private boat launch, boat trailer parking, and a boat slip for your use. There's an outdoor swimming pool, barbeque area and private pier to the lagoon. Across the street you have private access to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Unit 307 has a contemporary coastal feel, from the large flat screen TV in the living room, to the seating for 10 in the rustic dining area and bar. There is a fully stocked kitchen, which will allow you to cook your favorite meal. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, and a full bath. There is a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a loft that serves as a 3rd bedroom. Upstairs in the loft there is another seating area with a TV and sleeper sofa. The loft features 2 twins and a tv.
This condo is a top floor, corner unit facing the Gulf side of the building. The balcony is spacious at 600 sqft with a wrap around feature. It has plenty of seating for guest and a porch swing to relax and hear the waves crashing on the beach. The condo has everything you will need for a carefree vacation. Full sized washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience and free Wi-Fi is also available, so don't forget your tablets and laptops.

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels

We had no issues. The beach is just across the street with boardwalk access over the dunes. I will say that the boardwalk has stairs so it isn’t handicap friendly. Wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others. Property is well maintained.

The location was amazing! Had a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was easy to get ahold of. We were close to restaurants, but far enough away from the heart of the city to have lots of room on the beach. You could tell that the condo had been cleaned, but there were still remnants from the prior guests: water bottle in the windowsill, contacts on the bathroom counter. The refrigerator was off when we got there, so we had to google to figure how to turn it back on. The air vents did not look very clean. The air return in the hall was very dusty and others had black spots on them. I was thinking it could be mold. Not sure if it was just my personal preference, but there were no rugs in the inside of the house. I felt like I was walking on bits of sand with every step. We have stayed in other VRBO before and this was the first one that did not have any cleaning products besides dish soap. The elevator went out half way through our trip. This was not ideal since I was recovering from knee surgery. But we came for the beach and were able to enjoy the sunshine as a family!!

Amazing Place to Stay!

Absolutely had a blast staying here, perfect distance away from the chaos and the listing was better than I expected. The smell of cleanliness immediately upon entering the rental was crazy, will 100% stay here again if we are in Gulf Shores.

This was the second time to stay in this condo. Really good location and steps from the beach. Our youngest son and his new bride got married across the road on the beach and it worked out perfect for us to stay here again.

Lagoon Run

We had 3 mom and 4 teens in our group. We could not have asked for a better condo. It was the perfect set up for us. We could see the kids at the beach from the balcony and it was a short drive to all the stores and fun things to do. It worked out perfectly for us and we had a great vacation.

Great locations and super responsive property manager

End of the season but the place was still nice with great views and lots of amenities. The elevator and community push carts were very helpful. We sat on the deck every night and enjoyed the views.

Great location for sunrises and sunsets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There could be more attention to cleaning and the faucet drips in the master tub. Other than that no other suggestions, we loved the space and location between the ocean and Little Lagoon. Thank you!

Decent Property, But Could Use Some Work

We loved the location of the condo, easy access to the beach and the overall spaciousness of the property. The property manager was also very easy to work with. Overall we had a great time, but the property itself is in need of some work/repairs. Some nice upgrades have already happened, but more are needed. One of the bathroom vent fans didn't work, both bathrooms are very dated, there was no door closer on the screen door, at least one light didn't work, the carpet upstairs needs cleaned or replaced, and the stairway handrail is loose. Basically, if they do some simple repair work and continue to make upgrades it will be an excellent property. As it is right now, I'd rate it as average.

Perfect for families

We had a great time! Kids loved sleeping in the loft together and swiming in the pool. We loved sitting on the porch and being able to see and hear the water. Short walk to the quiet and not crowded beach made it easy to go back and forth. Wash off stations at the bottom of the steps made it nice and easy to get the sand off before going inside. Hope to come back someday!
