Casa Del Sol B1 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, low-density condo with stunning Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor. Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and local attractions, this unit offers comfort, privacy, and a beachfront experience you’ll love!

‱ The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great ocean view. We were impressed by the associations with local golf courses we took advantage of the 1 free pass for an adult on several days. Condo was clean and as advertised. We will stay here again on our next trip to Gulf Shores.

We had a great time, amazing views, wonderful location. The unit was wonderful. Great layout, comfortable family room, larger than normal kitchen. Only complaints - u it was not cleaned when we arrived. The host coordinated getting it cleaned quickly, but did delay us getting in that first night. Also wish the beds/unit had additional blankets for better sleeping. Would absolutely stay here again.

Casa Del Sol B1 was a new experience for our group of ladies. As soon as we walked in, we were all well pleased. The beds were very "comfy". The kitchen was very well stocked. The balcony was a frequent meeting place especially with the beach view and the jumping dolphins. Everything made us feel that "home away from home" atmosphere.

Great 3Bed/3Bath - Just a few minor nuisances

Great condo overall. Would stay again.A few nuisances that were slightly irritating, but not a deal breaker for sure. All beds were very noisy and wobbly. There was absolutely no way to get in/out the bed without disturbing the other person in the bed with you. The fitted sheet in the main bedroom was entirely too small for the mattress and kept coming off. The owner should consider putting a deep pocket fitted sheet on the bed instead. There is nothing more annoying than a fitted sheet that won’t stay on the bed, especially when the mattress protector underneath is plastic. The condo has a pull out sofa bed, but we didn’t find any sheets/blankets for it. Lastly, the check in process could be better. We spoke to a couple different folks, one who was exceptionally friendly and one who was not as nice or helpful. We arrived early and were trying to check in early. We were told the room wasn’t ready yet, but that the cleaning lady had been there several hours so it shouldn’t be long. After waiting almost an hour, we called back. Still not ready. It was 2:50. We drove to the condo and just figured we’d wait it out. We had groceries to keep cold, etc. When we arrived, my husband just decided to walk up to see if anyone was there. All the lights were off and it didn’t appear anyone was inside, so we called back. Surprisingly, the cleaning staff had “just finished up”. The rep then proceeded to provide us another check in code. Not sure what was wrong with the other one.

Beautiful Surprise

I booked this unit and it was newly remodeled with few reviews so I looked at the pictures closely and took a gamble. The building is the typical old beach town building that is not run down but it's not new and posh from the outside. I was the first to go up in the family to see if the unit was ready & the exterior door had me concerned. I entered the key code and opened the door and I was BLOWN AWAY!! This unit is gorgeous! Every inch of it is remodeled beautifully. It is stunning! The beds, the showers, the couch..everything is perfect. Somehow I missed that there were 3 baths instead of 2 so that was an added bonus from the onset. The furniture is comfortable. Everything is tasteful & new & luxurious. The owners paid attention to detail on every inch of this property. I purposely brought my own microfiber cloth to clean because of my experience at a unit in Boardwalk. I had nothing to clean. I even tried to wipe down the chairs on the patio because they are exposed to the elements. My cloth came back clean. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again. I've never stayed in a beach front property that didn't have sand on the floor when you get there because it's impossible to contain. There was no sand in this unit.

Wonderful place

My friends and I were very impressed with the condo. Had plenty of room for all five of us. Very clean and well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. We come once a year and will definitely stay here every time.

Beautiful condo

My family and a friend’s family had the best stay here at this condo. We had four adults and four younger children and the room situation was perfect. The pictures in the listing are on point, and what you see is what you get. It was very clean and also stocked with what you might need in the kitchen. The balcony overlooks the gulf, and it’s a fantastic view. You walk right out onto the beach, there is no crossing roads. The hosts called to make sure we were satisfied, and were also quick to answer texts. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I do want to say that some of the bedroom doors need some WD40, and the beds are kinda squeaky. Overall though, fabulous stay and well worth the rental
