This comfortable two-bedroom townhouse is designed for easy coastal living. The main living area opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy peaceful water views. Outside, guests can unwind with a swing, BBQ grill, and seating area overlooking the lagoon. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, fishing pier, and deeded beach access across the street, giving you convenient access to both lagoon and Gulf-side enjoyment during your stay.

Inside, youā€™ll find a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and multiple TVs for entertainment. The layout also includes 2.5 bathrooms, with a convenient half bath located on the main floor, making it ideal for families or small groups.

We absolutely enjoyed staying here. Having the little private beach on the bay, and across the street being able to enjoy the ocean where the crowd is not as heavy was the best!

Wonderful Family Getaway!

The place was perfect! We were a few steps from the lagoon and beach with a pool right outside our door. The house was clean and inviting. The location is just minutes from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Hosts and staff were amazing and friendly!

Heron Landing Condo

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. We had easy access to the beach and the lagoon. Heron Landing is a quiet and friendly community. The kids loved the pool. We are definitely planning on staying here again next year.

We had an amazing time at this property when we visited Gulf Shores for my sonā€™s baseball tournament and family vacation. The location is perfect-easy access to the beach and also the lagoon behind you! We had everything we needed and our stay was fantastic. The property manager made check-in a breeze. We love traveling to Gulf Shores. This was our 4th year staying at Heron Landing, but our first time in this unit. We love the quietness and location. The home decor and furniture was more dated than other units we have stayed in, the home felt cluttered. The dryer didnā€™t work correctly and the ac struggles to cool the house. Since this house was a bit more expensive than some of the other homes in this landing, I would likely pick one of the other units for next year.

Property was nice. Definitely a few things that were disappointing. The porch swing was sitting on the ground not hooked up as we arrived. Many of the forks and spoons were still dirty. Bathroom towel racks fell off the wall when we grab a towel. The internet only worked about half of the time.

Great stay!

This condo was wonderful! Itā€™s down enough on the stretch away from the partying. We had a lot of snowbirds around us so it was quiet at night. The condo itself was very clean and beds were comfortable. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper and paper towel. There isnā€™t any extra amenities if that sort. We went to Rouses almost nightly and got stuff to cook dinner. We are at restaurants for lunch to avoid the crowds. The condo is well stocked to cook. We would love to go back but next year are going to look for a 3 bedroom-but this one was great for our first visit! Also, there is a charcoal grill.

It also had a dock on the lagoon side which is perfect for fishing. There is also a pool available during warmer weather, it was closed during our stay. The property was clean, orderly and had the needed supplies in the kitchen. The linens for the pull out bed was in a drawer, so it took awhile to find them. Also the manager was very helpful when I had questions. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our friends.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was not the one pictured and location was not the same. Very unhappy about that. Also, it wasnā€™t very clean. There were multiple trash items left beside/under the couche, chairs, table...etc. laziness on lack of cleaning. A few other small things as well but to top it off I was charged $195 cleaning fee and during my stay I seen the cleaning company multiple times clean a condo after departure of someone and they were there less that 25 minutes... aggravating to get charged that much and have a dirty condo and have someone halfass clean it in 20-25 minutes. My wife does property management and cleans multimillion dollar homes, no way that would be acceptable.
