Crystal Shores 1007 is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit with incredible Gulf-front views from the west corner of the 10th floor. Located just one mile west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, this unit offers easy access to all area attractions. And, no need to fight for parking - this unit comes with an assigned parking space!



Property Features:



• The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats six, with four additional barstools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The living area has a sofa sleeper.



• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry.



Policies:



• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.



• No RVs or trailers are allowed on-site.



• Designated smoking areas are located on the ground. No smoking on the balcony.



• The on-site HOA enforces strict occupancy regulations: a maximum of six total guests per unit is permitted, and this policy will be strictly upheld.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

No complaints. The beachfront view was spectacular. It was so great to wake up and see the beach. Watching the sunrise and the sunset from either the living room, the bedroom, the balcony or the beach was amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed playing foosball and pool in the lounge. The beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful accommodations!

The view from the balcony was awesome.. deck furniture top notch! Very fast elevator since we were on 10th floor. Workout room and bathroom excellent! One thing that took adjustment was the access to the beach & no bathroom on that ground level plus hoses to wash off sand could be better! Great places to eat and very convenient! Great fish meals everywhere!

Spring Break Vacation

We stayed here for a spring break vacation and enjoyed every minute. The condo was in a great location to watch the sunrise every morning on the balcony. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. My son loved the sleeper sofa. Easy access to the beach and pool area. Plus bathrooms close on the lower level with a shower if at the beach and need to use it. The kids loved the hot tub with the chilly weather.

Amazing Place

Family Time

I brought my sisters and daughter for a bit of girl time. The condo was fabulous and perfect for us. It had every accessory we'd needed to accommodate us. The beds were very comfortable. It was right on the beach with a spectacular balcony to sit and watch the ocean any time of the day. We were close to any type of shopping and various restaurants. We were a little confused on the parking when we first arrived but figured it out. Our Fobs for access to the pool, beach etc.. didn't work when we arrived so couldn't get to the beach the first night. We found the maintenance men the next day and they were extremely helpful and gave us a code to use until the fobs were fixed. No one ever contacted us to replace them so we continued to use the code which was fine. Other than that our stay was fantastic and i will be returning

Great condo

We had a great time at the Condo. We appreciated the kitchen cookware was a nicer quality than most vacation rentals. The balcony was great. We got to see dolphin and a shark from above as well as some low-flying aircraft. The condo is close to everything, and the building amenities were nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

This is our seventh trip to Gulf Shores and this was by far our favorite condo. The location is great. You can walk or take a short Uber ride to many of the best restaurants. We would typically Uber to dinner and then stop by the Hangout on our way home. Dane is awesome!! In our rush to get in and settled we overlooked the parking passes on the counter. We reached out and she responded quickly and patiently helped us find the parking passes. We will definitely stay here again!! Excellent view of dolphins every morning from our balcony

The condo was exactly as the pictures show. The weather was beautiful for the end of December. Seen beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Dana was so kind when I had to email her. She answered right away. We drove over to Orange Beach & Pensacola FL one day. Not far at all. A lot of cool places to eat in the area. We loved the Hangout.

Great Stay!

Unit is just as described! We spent a lot of time on the oversized balcony with beautiful views from two sides! Great place, stocked with everything you need, and good communication with owner. Very nice size for family of four. Would definitely stay here again!
