Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom. The open-concept living and dining area includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining space, and an enclosed outdoor seating area with bay views, leading to the back porch with a cozy fire pit.

SECOND FLOOR: The bonus room includes a queen bed plus two sets of twin bunk beds, along with a full bathroom. An additional bedroom has a queen bed and balcony access with unobstructed views of the bay, connected by a small hallway from the bonus room.

With two primary bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces upstairs, this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The spacious open-concept layout features multiple bay views, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. Outside, enjoy a private pier with kayak access, a fire pit, grill, and four kayaks, or take a short 5-minute walk across Ft. Morgan Road to the Gulf of Mexico and dog-friendly Ft. Morgan Beach. Small dogs are welcome (50 lb limit; prohibited breeds: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull).

PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies. Only small dogs up to 50 lbs are allowed. Prohibited breeds: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking
