On the first floor of this well-equipped home away from home, you will be greeted by a furnished deck with rocking chairs overlooking the pools and picturesque views of Little Lagoon. The shared heated pool and hot tub are just outside the front door. The 13th Street Public Beach access is less than one and a half blocks away. You'll also be one and a half miles from downtown Gulf Shores for more dining options and entertainment, such as Waterville USA.

Inside, discover an inviting living room with a double sofa bed, two comfortable chairs, and a large TV with cable. There is a dining table with chairs and a bench, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a pantry closet.

There are two main bedrooms, one with a furnished balcony overlooking the pools and providing lagoon views. A guest bedroom features a deck with Gulf views. There is also a loft/gathering area that offers additional sleeping accommodations.

Central air-conditioning and ceiling fans will refresh you and your friends during your stay, and the available private washer/dryer is a great perk.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
