Professionally decorated by Mint Décor with a unique custom design, our 1420 ft.² home is guaranteed to help you relax the moment you enter. From the sophisticated all new furnishings throughout the unit to the beautiful artwork, flooring, and floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows in both the family room and master bedroom you will be immersed in total relaxation. Once you step inside you will never want to leave.

With one of the most sought after locations in the heart of Gulf Shores, San Carlos is one of the newest upscale buildings on East Beach Boulevard. Enjoy Gulf Place, the newest addition to the Gulf Shores beach front, offering volleyball-playing, beach-bar-hanging good times – all within a block. Beach attendants, open-air pavilions, green walking areas, handicap access to the beach, and a picnic area are free to the public. With many restaurants, including Sea & Suds, The Hangout, and Pink Pony you can park your car and never use it again until you leave.

Amenities for this luxurious building include a zero entry outdoor pool, outdoor shower, fitness room with panoramic views of the gulf, sauna, private boardwalk to the beach, ice machines, and vending machines. We provide staff at our 3rd floor welcome area for any questions you may have. Unit 1805 is just off the elevators with an elevator lobby providing 24/7 climate-controlled entry into the unit. With the covered parking feeding directly to the elevators, there is no more moving in during a rainstorm and getting all your luggage wet.

Relax on the custom sectional sofa as you bring the gulf views inside the unit. The floor to ceiling, wall to wall double French sliding doors allow you to enjoy the best the gulf has to offer while enjoying the luxury provided by your unit. We also have a large 65” Roku television equipped with YouTube TV and a library of over 1,000 movies and television shows for you to watch. No more concerns with missing your favorite shows – if it is on TV, we have it recorded for your viewing pleasure.

Enjoy the master suite with balcony access, walk in closet, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A King size bed awaits as you watch the sunrise and sunset through the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf. Two other guest suites offer private bathrooms for three full baths. One suite is our 2nd master suite with a King bed, and the third is ideally suited for kids or a third couple with bunk beds and a Full bed.

The fully-equipped kitchen & large dining area allow meal preparation and dining while viewing the Gulf through the wall to wall windows in the family room.

To make your stay as safe as possible in these uncertain times, we have installed an ActivePure™ air purification system which destroys over 99% of contaminants on surfaces and in the air. In addition, our housekeeper, voted Baldwin’s best cleaner, uses all CDC approved cleaners and carefully sanitizes all high touch multi-use surfaces like remotes, door knobs, faucet handles etc.

beautiful condo for the weekend

The condo is just as pictured. The cost of parking has increased since the listing - 50/car vs. 30. There are 3 elevators so wait times weren't long, except for when 1 elevator was down. Thankfully maintenance worked quickly and repaired it within the day. The beds and furniture at the condo were all very comfortable. We appreciated the beach items that were available for us to use. The walk over to the beach was very convenient. We did run out of toilet paper but were able to pick some up. The location of the building is great and close to restaurants and the main street in Gulf Shores were all the shopping and restaurants are located.

Quick get away

Everything was good and the elevators were fast and efficient. The a/c didn’t keep the condo cool enough, it was great the first day and then, you could be comfortable if you were just sitting. If getting dressed or cooking, you would break a sweat. They weren’t able to find the problem. Hopefully that will get addressed and the condo will be perfect.

Family Vacation

This condo was a great size for our family of 7. The 2 girls shared one of the king size beds and our 3 teenage boys had the bunk room. The condo is decorated beautifully and all the beds are really comfortable. The room is across from the elevators which is super quick and easy going up and down from the beach. We never heard any noise from anyone using the elevators and they are also really fast. We walked to the Hangout and Sea ‘N Suds for dinner so the location is great. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for my husband’s 40th! We had a wonderful stay! The property owner is very communicative and the employees at the San Carlos were helpful and kind. The condo looks just as listed. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We saw lots of wildlife and loved to see and smell the ocean, right from the room. We rented chairs and an umbrella so we just had to walk down to the beach. The beach is very beautiful here and the pool area is kept very clean. My only suggestions would be for the availability of beach towels, and curtains in the front two bedrooms. There are blinds, however, the lights in the main hallway stay on all night. Also more than one dishwasher detergent packet would be preferable. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

This condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for my husband and I and 3 college age kids. We liked that the condo was conveniently located directly in front of the elevator in an enclosed air conditioned corridor area. We rarely heard people outside the room waiting on elevators. San Carlos is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops so we never had to take the car out. That was a huge plus for us. The condo’s owner was great to work with and made sure we got checked in okay and had everything we needed. He promptly responded to questions and thanked us for staying when we checked out. I thought that was very thoughtful. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property and the owner, Bill, couldn't have been more helpful and engaged. He proactively made suggestions to make our stay easier and more comfortable which we greatly appreciated. He also sent dinner and activity suggestions and made sure we were well taken care of! The condo was spotless and well supplied and in the perfect location for the beach volleyball tournament we were attending. We could even see the courts from the balcony. We had a gorgeous ocean front view and spent our mornings with the patio doors open to enjoy the fresh beach air and sight seeing from the 18th floor. It was the perfect stay and we would highly recommend. We've stayed at the San Carlos many times before but this was the most accommodating service we've ever had!
