This multi-level home has 3 bedrooms/ 3.5 bathrooms and the family pet is welcome to join in the fun! Come enjoy the community pool, a community fishing pier, a sandy beach area, and deeded Gulf access across the street.

About The Waterfront

The Waterfront is located 3 miles from the “T” in Gulf Shores, just minutes from the area’s best restaurants and attractions. Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, this home is the perfect vacation spot for up to 12 guests as well as the family pet(s)!! (additional fees apply)

Underneath the home, guests can find a shady place to park or rinse off under the open shower after a day at the beach. There is a “park-style” charcoal grill and a picnic table for those outdoor meals. After a day at the beach or pool, enjoy the sunset and sea air on the porch swing below or on one of the home’s many balconies with plenty of outdoor seating.

The Waterfront features an open floor plan and plenty of room to entertain. Guests will enter into the home on the first floor, this is a great place to store all of your beach gear and coolers. Upstairs on the second floor is the main level of the home, guests will find a spacious living area with comfortable seating and amazing views of Little Lagoon. A convenient half-bathroom is also on the second floor. The fully equipped kitchen features everything the chef needs to prep and prepare a decadent meal. The dining area overlooks the Lagoon and can seat 6 guests with additional seating at the bar. The balcony access is right off of the dining area, guests can enjoy their morning coffee and possibly spot a dolphin or an evening cocktail while watching the sunset.

Bedroom 1 is found on the main floor. This large bedroom features a king-size bed, Lagoon views, and its own private balcony. The ceiling fan, television, and private bathroom are sure to please any guest. The private bathroom boasts a jetted garden tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity.

Heading up to the top floor guests will find an open landing area with access to another balcony. This area features a sofa sleeper, television, ceiling fan, and a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle below. Bedroom 2 is on the left and it has access to the same balcony. Bedroom 2 features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, television, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 is on the right and it has a private balcony, king-size bed, ceiling fan, television, and a private bathroom. The private bathroom boasts a jetted garden tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity.

Little Lagoon is known for kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing, The Waterfront has deeded Gulf access across the street so come experience the best of both worlds and book The Waterfront today!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
