This updated one bedroom, two full bath condo, has hall bunks and is located close to Fort Morgan. Take a break and fall in love with Fort Morgan and our beautiful, stretch of beach. *Note: This condo is for sale and there may be showings during your stay.

THE SPACE: Enjoy this family friendly condo which has everything you need for your beach vacation! The living room has a sofa with a full sleeper, comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. Cooking at the beach is a breeze in our fully stocked kitchen with all dining accessories, full size appliances, a regular coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table has seating for 4 and there is seating at the bar for 3. We comfortably sleep 6 people. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV along with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Hall bunks are conveniently located across from the guest bath and are the perfect spot for the kids. The guest bathroom is full size, with a tub/shower combo. Wash your clothes during your stay with the provided full-size washer and dryer. For your convenience, Wi-Fi and cable are free and a landline provided in the unit. You will love the keyless entry, no need to worry about keys! This condo is the perfect size for your family getaway to the beach. The view is amazing, and you will be happy with your stay here!

THE PROPERTY: Take your gear and head out to the white sandy beach. Although not gulf front, you only have a short walk (300 yards, 5 minutes) on a paved sidewalk to the community boardwalk which leads to the beach. Spend you day in the water or just lay out and spend the day relaxing and taking in the beauty of this secluded stretch of beach! In season, vendors are available to rent chairs and umbrellas but feel free to bring your own beach items. All items brought to the beach must be removed daily. If you are in the mood to grill, bring your charcoal and feel free to use the first come/first serve outdoor BBQ grills and remember to clean for the next guest after use. Tired of the sand? Hang out at the wonderful pool which features a swim through to the indoor pool. Lounge chairs are available to relax in around the pool. Soothe those sore muscles in the hot tub located near the indoor pool. There is an outdoor shower available to wash sand away. If fitness is important, check out our workout facility. Paid parking is available for one vehicle. There are security cameras onsite located in the public areas of the property.

THE AREA: Take the time to visit and tour historic Fort Morgan. You are located across the street from Fort Morgan Marina and Tacky Jack's restaurant. Sassy Bass restaurant at Gulf Shores Plantation and restaurants are available at nearby Beach Club. There are two championship golf courses within a fifteen-minute drive. Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or take in a movie at the theatre in Gulf shores. The Wharf in Orange Beach has wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Take an afternoon and catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Other local activities and attractions in Gulf Shores include mini golf, a go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. You are also down the street from The Pines convenience store with great pizza, coffee and a restaurant. This area has so much to offer and why stay in a small hotel?
