Waterfront Bay property with private beach and pier!

Home away from Home! Not just another rental! This wonderful family friendly property is perfect for larger groups. The bay is sandy bottomed, fairly shallow, and perfect for swimming, fishing, crabbing and kayaking. 3 kayaks plus life vests are included in rental. Just bring your fishing pole! Sleeps 14 with 4 bedrooms plus a loft. Large back deck plus 250 foot pier and huge 16x 30 covered dock. Lots of sand toys and games included. If you want to enjoy the beach without the crowds, this is the place for you. We’ve provided most things you’ll need for a wonderful vacation, just pack your clothes and food! Upon arrival you’ll notice the coffee station with keurig and regular coffee pot plus coffee, and sweetners provided. The kitchen is equipped with almost anything you need including spices, garbage bags, paper products and dish washing soap. There is a crockpot and large boiling pots, plus a blender. The laundry room is supplied with laundry detergent. The bathrooms have toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The gulf beach is just 1.5 miles away, so you have that option too. There are 2 king sized beds, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 4 twin beds. There are 2 charcoal grills on the property, plus a fire pit for roasting hot dogs, or marshmallows or just sitting around the fire on a cool evening. We want you to enjoy your stay, but please treat our home with respect. Do not throw trash in our yard or beach, and certainly don’t leave trash in the house. We know you are on vacation, but don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher and leave the house tidy. It is a large home so the cleaning fee is reasonable and the cleaning service expects it to be tidy when they arrive😎. Most of our guests have done a beautiful job, but we recently had one that was a disaster, so please don’t book if you can’t abide by the rules.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay! Each of our kids had their own private space—which is a big deal with four teenagers—and the master bedroom’s beach view was incredible. The layout was perfect for spending time together, whether we were playing games, watching movies, or sharing meals.The home itself was beautifully decorated with a relaxed beach vibe that felt both welcoming and homey from the moment we arrived. It really added to the overall experience and made it easy to settle in and unwind.One of the highlights for the kids was the crab traps—they were out checking them every morning and evening! We also loved birdwatching from the pier, which doubled as a beautiful spot to catch the sunset.The kitchen was well stocked, and we found everything we needed, including a fully stocked spice cabinet. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The location struck the perfect balance: just a short drive to downtown, yet peaceful and quiet enough to fully relax and enjoy the surroundings.Overall, we loved the property and it made for an incredible vacation!

Amazing property

This property has EVERYTHING to make your stay a breeze!! Don’t miss out on going to the beach about two miles away! All the beauty and comfort without all the busyness of the strip! Saw dolphins from the pier, amazing sunsets, crabbing, fishing and swimming! It has it all!! The open spacious living area was perfect for our large family with adult children and grandkids. The beds were comfortable! Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Wondered long weekend !!

The pictures do not do this house justice! It is so beautifully decorated. It is right down the Rd from fort Morgan, and about 20 mins from everything in town. The bay was warm and shallow, perfect for my 9 year old mermaid to spend her days in the water. We saw dolphins and did a lot of fishing. Unfortunately the whole week we were there the beach had the purple flag(dangerous Marine animals) so every time we went to the beach we got stung by jelly fish but we could swim in the bay all day and not get stung at all. The only issue we had was one of the air conditioner units for the loft wouldn't come on. But Linda sent out a repair man the next morning and had everything working perfectly for our week long stay. Our group of 11 had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. We really enjoyed our week and are already talking about trying to plan another trip. I definitely recommend this house for any large group that wants to be on the water but away from the waves and hustle and hustle of the city!

Great place for a large family

This was a very nice place to stay for our large family. The bay was perfect for fishing, crabbing, paddle boarding and kayaking. The pier was a fantastic place for relaxing and enjoying sunrises, sunsets, and dolphin watching. We had plenty of room inside the house to spread out and feel at home.

Relaxing

The house was very roomy, inviting and plenty of places to relax and be quiet. We were a party of 11. The bay was peaceful and we spent alot of time down at the dock talking and fishing. Sunsets were awesome, Plenty of seating on the dock and the deck. The owner was very attentive and made sure we had all we needed, There were plenty of things for our entertainment provided. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The house is close to grocery, beach and restaurants. Would recommend to friends and family.

If you are looking for a home away from home kind of feel then this is your house. Neptunes Nest was so cozy and Inviting. The house was very clean and filled with every amenity you can of. The dock was one of our favorite places with its gorgeous views of the sunsets, fish jumping and seeing dolphins swim by everyday. inviting.

Family fun under the sun!

I don’t know where to begin! The Sunrise or Sunset…the comfy beds…the kids loft…the back deck…the pier…the dolphins…the view…the spacious home. This place is great!! It has everything you need. Lighten the load and pack less. It has kayaks, jon boat, body board, life jackets, sand toys, and chairs. We went to the beach one day and realized the house was better than the beach. And it even has its own sandy beach. I almost want to give it a bad review so no one else finds this gem! Just kidding, it is too great to ever give it anything less than 5stars! This was truly Family fun under the sun!

God’s country

Communication with owner was spot on. If you seek solemn rest in sunrises and sunsets, this is the place for you. Whether the view is from the sofa, the back deck, or the covered pavilion at the end of the pier, the view was magnificent. The layout of the house allows for multiple areas to gather without being on top of each other. It’s open and airy. House is equipped with pretty much anything you need. All the cabinets are labeled with the contents, which made it super easy. The owner is quite an accommodating with a very simple request; Enjoy our home and your stay just take care of things. You won’t be disappointed if you have a group and need some space that offers comfort and beauty.

Perfect as possible

While nothing is perfect this property lived up to our expectations. There are no high waves since you are in a bay--and that is great for families with kids. Sunsets are beautiful! Traffic is getting more congested, but that is everywhere. It is quiet. Unit is well stocked. We saw a variety of wildlife. There are grocery stores, clinics, shopping nearby. If you have good credit and work with the owner and property manager, which is easy, you will be satisfied. We will return when possible!
