The space
There are 4 spacious bedrooms with 7 individual beds, and they are all furnished with plush comfortable mattresses. Our bunk room has a built in queen bunkbed & is every bit as comfortable for adults as kids. This home gives families with kids plenty of room to enjoy each other while having their own space. We have desks in 2 of the bedrooms for those who need to WFH.

► BATHROOMS: We have 3 bathrooms. We've equipped each bathroom with plush oversized towels and washcloths. You’ll also have ample shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. As well as a blow-dryer.
► PARKING - There is plenty of parking and we can also accommodate trailer and boat parking.
► AMENITIES: We provide soaps, shampoos, kitchen pods, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish pods, kitchen sponges, hand soaps, bed linens, towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels paper towels, toilet paper, extra blankets and many more.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
⋇ Please note that this a newly built community and there may be construction in the neighborhood during the day. This has not impacted any of our guests who have stayed, but wanted to ensure our guests are aware before booking.
⋇ IDs will be validated before check-in (min age of 25 required to book)
⋇ Please ensure all parties occupying the home are aware of the house rules
⋇ Smoking is NOT allowed inside the premises. Any smoking detected will result in a minimum of $250 to $500, and additional fines if it will impact the next guest stay. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please keep doors closed when smoking and dispose cigarette butts.
⋇ NO PARTIES, loud music such as boom boxes allowed as this causes disruption to other neighbors and guests. These types of disturbances will cause for immediate termination of stay and fines will be assessed
⋇ NOISE CURFEW, there is a neighborhood noise curfew between 10pm - 7pm
⋇ GRILL: Feel free to use the barbecue that is set up for your leisure. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found dirty and requires extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be assessed. Please note that guests will need to purchase extra propane if it's not available.
⋇ We provide ample soap, shampoo, toilet paper in each bathroom but please be prepared to purchase extra if needed. Walmart is a short drive away
⋇ Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of officials pertaining to mandatory evacuations
⋇ Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. This is always a good idea during hurricane season & VRBO has an option to add travel insurance to your reservation
⋇ For the safety of all involved, the exterior of the home and the garage is monitored by security cameras.
⋇ We are in a newly built coastal community close and surrounded by water, trees, and wildlife. While it's very rare, please, don't be surprised if you see outdoor pests passing through as they are mostly likely seeking shelter in certain weather conditions. Please let us know so that we can continue to take preventative measures. We are very diligent and have regular preventive pest control, but sometimes nature can be out of our control.
