Gunter's Loft has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This beautiful 2 story building was built in 1930. The airbnb is located on the second level. This unique loft has a kids area where they can watch TV and play video games. There are 4 bedrooms, 9 beds, 4 TV's, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked, the adults have an area to play games, the beds are very comfortable and the airbnb is 2500 square feet making for a comfortable stay. There is a washer and dryer dedicated to the Airbnb space.

Gunters Loft Arcade was a great choice for our family get-together. We wanted to stay together in one house to be able to spend as much time together as possible and meet the newest member, a baby boy. With four bedrooms, we had enough beds. The home is very spacious! The family room/kitchen/dining area is a massive space, fantastic for our little ones to have space to play and be in our sights. The home was clean, has two HUGE bathrooms, and a half bath. The bedrooms were in the back of the loft with a bathroom in between each of them. You do have to walk through a bedroom and the bathroom to get to the back bedrooms, but the rest was so perfect for us, we didn’t mind. There’s a high chair and a pack n play at this home.

Love the style and space

This place has the cutest style!! So fun! It has a lot of room. Sometimes pictures will make a space look bigger than what it is…. But that is not the case on this place. Really spacious and can’t wait to go back.

The dining area , kitchen , and the living area with the large screen TV and the 2 and 1/2 bathrooms were spacious and very well done. Two of the bedrooms were great for adults , the other two are more designed for children. Location is excellent and the host was very responsive to all questions

We had a wonderful stay at this loft while in town for a family wedding.

The space was perfect for our group of eight adults and two children — spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The large open living area and well-stocked kitchen made it easy for all of us to gather, cook, and relax together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well-appointed, with plenty of towels, linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. The games we all loved the games as well! The location was also ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the wedding venue. Check-in was simple, and communication with the host Eric, was clear, responsive, and friendly.We truly appreciated having such a welcoming, well-maintained place to call home for the weekend and would absolutely recommend this loft to other families or groups traveling together.

Perfect loft for Guntersville visit

We chose to stay at Gunter's loft for our 35th wedding anniversary. This unit is large and spacious, and offers so much for all. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance, lots of old town stores. Beautiful landscape on every drive. A great time was had by all!

Annual Golf Trip

This was my group’s 2nd time staying at Gunters Loft. It was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. We had an issue with the air conditioning, but Eric was quick to get it taken care of. Communication and check in was a breeze. We’ll definitely be staying here every time we come to Guntersville! Thanks for a great a stay!

The Lake Rats could get in but we couldn’t and even when we did it was too hot inside

To say that getting in touch with Eric was like seeing President Biden give a real Q & A session is an understatement. Check in day at 3pm the code listed on VRBO email would not work, nobody answered ring doorbell or phone listed.Waited, finally got in when Eric called, he said sometimes cleaners resets code. Loaded everyone in and lowered a/c temp but after hours only got hotter. Called first day telling Eric at 5:40pm that it was 81 degrees in house and no internet.2nd day 730am Eric let us know that A/C tech would be there this evening., for us to crack the doors, it’s pretty cool outside, knowing this is a retail area on the main highway. Then @9am Eric called several ac companies and found someone that might be there @11am.Internet back on @4pm 2nd day. A/C tech got there and started troubleshooting. Unit was one large block of ice and air filter was completely blocked with dust, lint and dirt. I don’t see how any air was getting thru. A/C tech was very nice and efficient. Came and left many times for repair and maintenance parts. Finally getting into tolerable temperatures by dark. 3rd day, around noon we alerted Eric about hearing something running around on the wood floor and eating our food stuffs. Pest control got there at @ 4pm to investigate. Found holes and Rat evidence. Came back later @615pm with traps for inside and out. I’m out of characters but Eric tried to make this seem all our fault. Didn’t end there. Bad experience & communication

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing place. Totally worth it. Pictures really don’t do this place justice. Near the heart of downtown. Comfy bedrooms. My wife had a girls weekend with her and five of her Best friends. Would recommend this place! Owners are amazing too. Very communicative. Went above and beyond what most owners would do.

Birthday Stay

It’s hard to even put into words how amazing this property is. The kitchen had everything you need to host any type of small dinner or just feeding your family. The game room was awesome and the teens in the group loved it! All of the beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The open space in the common area was so spacious that the teens had room to play dirty Santa and even do Just Dance (with YouTube videos from the smart tv). The master jacuzzi bath was glamorous and relaxing. This loft has everything you need to feel like you’re at home, away from home! Plus, the owners are amazing! We will be back!

Great location for events at Supreme Courts

This rental was a great location and set up for several jv volleyball players and their parents attending a tournament at Supreme Courts. Layout was perfect and plenty of fun games for the teens to do in the unit. Very well stocked. Communication with owners and check in was timely and efficient. Definintely recommend staying here!
