Cabin Guidelines
We want Knot Working to feel like a place to exhale—for you and for every guest who visits. A few simple guidelines help us keep the cabins peaceful, clean, and welcoming for everyone.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the listing description and house guidelines in their entirety.
1. Registered Guests
Each cabin accommodates **up to 4 guests total**. All overnight guests (including pets) must be registered at the time of booking. **Third-party bookings are not permitted.** Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property unless pre-approved. Mandatory use of handrails for loft.
2. Parking
Parking is available beside each cabin.
• One vehicle beside the cabin, or **two parked front-to-back near the firepit**
• **Boat parking** may be backed in beside the firepit
• Additional parking is available in front of the RV park near the tree.
3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are **10 PM – 7 AM** out of respect for other guests and our RV park residents.
4. Cancellations
We cannot refund **non-refundable reservations, cancellations outside the policy, weather events, utility outages, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.** Travel insurance is recommended.
5. Wi-Fi & Smart TVs
Please leave the Wi-Fi equipment plugged in and the apps on the TVs as they are. You’re welcome to log into your personal streaming services—just remember to **sign out before checkout**.
6. Forgotten Items
Please check for all belongings before departure. If items are left behind, a **$35 minimum handling fee plus shipping** will apply for returns.
7. Damages or Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay. Charges may be processed through the **Airbnb Resolution Center or the card on file** if necessary.
Violation of house guidelines may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
