This one-of-a-kind stay features three king bedrooms and a charming twin room, all with luxe linens and premium mattresses. Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire Oklahoma Schoolhouse. To help us maintain the property's beauty, we ask that you please park your vehicles only in the designated asphalt parking areas. There is ample space for 3-4 cars.

The open-plan living area invites you to relax on the cozy LoveSac sectional, perfect for playing board games or watching a movie on the 55” ROKU TV. For a unique evening of fun, we also provide a Mahjong set for you to enjoy.

Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen is a chef's dream, centered around a stunning 12-foot island. It features high-end appliances, including a fridge, freezer, cooktop, and dishwasher, all accented with elegant brass fixtures. We've stocked the kitchen with unique Decoware pots and pans, plus plenty of utensils, plates, and drinkware. A cozy coffee and tea nook is ready to help you start your day right.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Main Floor Master: The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and features a luxurious Helix king mattress. It includes a beautiful en-suite bathroom, adorned with exquisite period tile that extends from floor to ceiling.
Downstairs Retreat: Downstairs, you'll find three more comfortable bedrooms: two with plush king-sized beds and a third with two twin beds. This level also includes a playful nook for kids, a second full bathroom with classic floor-to-ceiling tile, and a designated area outside the bathroom for getting ready.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy a meal at sunset on the patio table and chairs. Escape to a relaxing retreat and enjoy the ultimate hydrotherapy massage that leaves you feeling refreshed and recharged. Sink in, sit back and relax while the hydro jets in the Kona 51 Jet Spa massages your back, legs, and feet. Listen to the birds, cicadas and crickets chirp while the sun sets and the fire flies glow.

This is a drivable destination for all! There is a gravel road 1 mile prior to getting to the schoolhouse, so we do recommend you drive slower once you reach the gravel roads. We are located 15 minutes away from Lazy E arena for all those participating in Rodeos and Round Ups. The schoolhouse is 3 miles off Interstate 35 in Guthrie, OK. 3 miles to downtown Guthrie, 20 minutes to Edmond, 30 minutes to Stillwater, 30 minutes to OKC, 1.5 hours to Tulsa, 1.5 hours to Wichita, 4.5 hours from Kansas City, and 3.5 hours from Dallas area. Located near OSU, UCO, and Langston- we are a one-of-a-kind destination for all your college and game day sports.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification and electronically sign our rental terms and conditions. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
