Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Had an easy in around 9:00pm. Got to our room and noticed a white powdery substance on the nightstand between the two beds. Wiped it up with the less than white wash cloth from the bathroom. No big deal. However, when my daughter started to pull the blanket down and found more white powder we called the front desk. No other rooms were available and no one could come and check the bed or change the bedding until after 11 when someone else came on duty - but we were welcome to change the bedding ourselves if we want. NOPE! my daughter pulled the blanket up over the powder and used her own blankets and pillows over the bedspread. House keepers changed the bedding while we were out the next morning. Found more white powder on the nightstand when we returned (but less than when we’d checked in). Also found two McDonald’s cokes in the fridge (not ours). One light in the bathroom was bright and one barely lit. Out of order sign on soda machine and pool closed until further notice.
All of the staff was very amenable but seemed to have their hands tied as to what they could do to help. Wasn’t very happy with the knock on the door at 10:45 this morning asking if we needed to extend our stay (checkout wasn’t until 11).
